To me,if the price for cigarette is increased still smokers will patronage.
I suggest that there should be a total bound to manufacturing,exporting / importing and sales of tobacco and weed. Followed by arresting smokers,sellers importers and exporters of tobacco. 
What pains me is some are having the inscription "To Be Sold In GHANA". Meaning we Ghanaian deserves short life??
