Road accidents reduced in Upper West 

Statistics from the National Road Safety Commission in Upper West Region indicate that the number of people killed in road accidents has reduced from fifteen in the first quarter to ten in the second quarter of this year. 

Pedestrian knockdown has also reduced from ten to four within the same period. 

This development is attributed to intensive educational campaign by the Commission in collaboration with key other stakeholders in the road industry.
