Kenya's EC Warns Opposition Party's Claims Of Victory Could Be Declared Illegal

Kenya's Electoral Commission has warned the opposition that its claims of a victory for its Presidential Candidate, Raila Odinga, could be deemed illegal.
 
The opposition has published its own figures putting Mr Odinga ahead of the incumbent President, Uhuru Kenyatta. 

This contrasts with provisional electronic results which give Mr. Kenyatta, a clear lead in Tuesday's polls.
 
The Commission's Chairman insists the foul play did not affect the results.

Meanwhile, the leader of the Commonwealth Election Observer Mission in Kenya and Ghana's Former President John Mahama says the Kenya election is credible so far as foreign observer missions are concern. 

He called on both the opposition leader Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatan to remain calm as the IEBC tallys the final election results.
