President Akufo-Addo confident of resurgent economy in shortest time

President Akufo-Addo has reposed confidence in his Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta in fixing the ailing Ghanaian economy. 

The Finance Minister was on Monday in parliament for the mid-year review of the budget. 

The Minority in Parliament has meanwhile been criticising the government's handling of the economy, saying the economy is on life support. 

But speaking at the Flagstaff House in Accra, the President said government is on course to fixing the economy and putting the country on the path of growth and prosperity.
