Free SHS Policy: GNAT calls for timely release of funds to ensure quality

The General Secretary of GNAT, David Ofori Acheampong says the Association fully supports government’s free SHS Policy.  

He said Teachers are resource constraint and so expect that they will be resourced adequately so that quality is not compromised.  

Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Ofori Acheampong called for the timely release of funds to ensure the smooth running of the schools. 

He also asked for compensation packages for teachers if tuition periods are to be extended.
