37 Military Hospital appeals for more support

The Commanding Officer of the 37 Military Hospital Colonel Michael Yeboah Agyepong has urged organisations and individuals to include the hospital and other military establishments in their Social Responsibility plans. 

He said the 37 Military Hospital and its outlets like any public Institution lack one amenity or the other. 

They must therefore be considered in such engagements. 

Colonel Agyepong was speaking when he received a number of medical equipment, drugs and accessories from the Assembly member for Kaadjaanor in the La Dadekotopon Municipality, Emmanuel Nyarko Baah on behalf of the Arakan medical centre which is under the 37 Military Hospital.

Mr Nyarko Baah explained that the gesture was aimed at supporting the centre to enhance quality healthcare. 

He said the donation was in collaboration with Loving Hands International, a Non-Governmental Organisation based in North Carolina, USA in response to a promise he made to some hospitals. 

Mr Nyarko Baah made similar donations to the La Maternal Health Centre which was received by the Senior Nursing Officer, Louisa Boateng.
