Ethiopia: President Akufo-Addo attends 29th AU Summit 

President Akufo-Addo yesterday (July 2), left the country to attend the 29th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the African Union (AU) at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The meeting of the Heads of State will take place tomorrow. 

The leaders will also discuss the Continental Free Trade Area (CFTA) and the implementation of Agenda 2063.

The President was accompanied by the First Lady, Mrs Rebecca Akufo-Addo and Foreign Affairs Minister, Shirley Ayorkor Botchway.

President Akufo-Addo and his delegation will return home tomorrow (July 4).
