Easter festivities round-up with picnics Members of the Greenwich Meridian Congregation of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, Tema Community One as part of a picnic organised by the Church have distributed fliers to residents in the area as a form of evangelism. Speaking to the GBC at Tema, Chairman of the Picnic Committee, Jones Ntori Nkansah said the picnic was a form of socialisation and relaxation for members of the church. Meanwhile, the Grace Congregation Community 11, of the Church held its Easter picnic at the church premises. This was to enhance unity among Church members. Earlier, members of the church went on a procession through some principal streets of community 11 to propagate the gospel to the community. They also held fun games, a bible quiz, and a cooking competition and a health screening. The Minister in-charge of the Church, Reverend Lawrence Tete said Christian fellowship is not all about church service but socialisation also, to enhance effective communication among church members. GBC
