NPRA appeals to gov`t, stakeholders to make unification of all pension schemes reality The National Pensions Regulatory Authority, NPRA, has appealed to government and stakeholders to make the unification of all pension schemes in the country a reality. This, the authority says will ensure that every worker contributes towards their End of Service Benefit. The CEO of the Authority, Hayford Attah Krufi stated this at a meeting with service providers in Accra. He noted that with the coming into force of the National Pensions Act, 2008, (Act 766), all related parallel schemes and CAP 30 were expected to cease and come under tier three scheme. But four years after the deadline there are still schemes which have not complied with the law. A development Mr. Krufi said must be checked with all the urgency it deserves. GBC
