10th April, 2017 The Daily Graphic writes on the Delta Force Wahala: The paper is of the view that, the Police have failed the nation . According to the paper, if the police had been vigilant, they would have nipped the barbaric acts of members of the Delta Force in the bud. The Graphic in its editorial, is reminding the Police that, the people of Ghana are looking up to them to do their work assiduously. The paper therefore urges the police to be bold and have the "political will" to discharge their mandate dispassionately without fear or favour while throwing back the challenge to the President to walk the talk. The Ghanaian Times is disgusted about the misuse of public funds. It says if funds allocated to Ministries, Departments and Agencies ,MDAs are well used it will help bring about improvement, general growth and development in various areas of the public sector. The Times says, Ghana is in need of many things that cannot be easily met due to limited resources hence the need to prevent waste in the system so as to maximize the use of the nation's limited resources. The Daily Heritage is disappointed about how the cerebrospinal Meningitis, CSM, outbreak has been handled so far. The paper says CSM has been with Ghanaians for years, therefore all the health authorities needed to do is to prepare adequately for it through massive education campaigns to alert people, especially students, about early warning signs and treatment. But the authorities failed in this regard. To avert further deaths, the Heritage advises students to be vigilant and look out for symptoms such as fever, vomiting, tingling or numbness in the arms, fingers or hands, weakness in the muscles of the arms, shoulders or arms, imbalance and other coordination problems, and stiffness in the neck.
