SONA Debate Continues In Parliament Today Parliamentary debate of the message on the state of the Nation delivered by President Akufo Addo continues today on the Floor of Parliament. The House as usual was divided on most of the issues in the address. The Member for Berekum West Kwaku Agyenim-Boateng reechoed the President’s commitment at arresting the decline in the Agric sector through the ‘Planting for food and jobs” policy. The Member for Keta Richard Quarshigah was concern about the creation of some Ministries without going through the due legal process. The MP for Effutu Alexander Afenyo-Markin spoke about some policies in the past administration and the ones the new administration will be implementing. The Member for Pru East and Former Minister for Power Dr. Kwabena Donkor debated the issues in the power sector. That was the MP for Pru East Dr. Kwabena Donkor.
