UNAIDS cautions Ghana against misuse of AIDS funds

The Executive Director of the UNAIDS, Michael Sidibe has challenged Ghana to do more to fight HIV and AIDS.  

According to him, the vision of UNAIDS to eliminate AIDS by 2030 is achievable, hence all governments must endeavour to make good use of funds given to them to fight the disease and  also improve health care in the Sub-region.  

He said this when he paid a courtesy call on President Akufo-Addo at the Flagstaff House in Accra.
