President Swears In Eleven Approved Ministerial Nominees


President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has sworn into office eleven ministerial nominees approved by parliament.

This followed parliament approval by consensus of the eleven ministerial nominees referred to the House by President Akufo Addo.

The Chairman of the Appointments Committee, Joseph Osei-Owusu, said the nominees who appeared before the Committee have demonstrated their capabilities to handle the Ministries to which they have been assigned. 

He urged the House to approve the nominees by consensus.

The Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu seconded the motion for the approval of the nominees.
