Dismissed NSS recruits: Kpessa-Whyte threatens legal action Former Acting Executive Director of the National Service Scheme, Dr Michael Kpessa-Whyte, is calling on all the more than two hundred service personnel whose appointments have been revoked to seek legal intervention. Speaking on ‘Behind The News,’ Dr. Whyte said due process was followed in appointing them, hence he will lead the legal crusade and provide the necessary evidence to back the case. Reacting to the threat, the Deputy Director of National Service Scheme, Nana Boakye, said the threat by the Former CEO of the service to go to court over the revoked appointments will be a waste of time and resources. This is because the move is unlawful. GBC
