EC sets new date for District Level Elections

The Electoral Commission (EC) has announced Saturday, March 11 as the new date to hold the District Level Elections in areas that did not go through the exercise the last time. 

The affected regions, districts and electoral areas in which the election will be held include Nkoranza North and South Districts of the Brong Ahafo Region, Dichemso Electoral area of Manhyia Sub-Metro in the Ashanti Region and Agbonyra Electoral Area of the Afadjato South District of the Volta Region.
 
Prospective candidates are to pick up nomination forms from the designated District Offices of the Commission from 9th to the 12th of this month. 

Submission of the completed nomination forms is between the 14th and 20th of this month.
