PPP disqualification: Dr Nduom happy with Court's ruling The flagbearer of the Progressive People's Party (PPP), Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom has expressed satisfaction with the court's ruling. Addressing journalists shortly after the court proceedings, Dr Nduom thanked party sympathizers for supporting him throughout the period. Counsel for Dr Nduom, Ayikoi Otoo said administrative bodies are enjoined by the Constitution to live within their mandate.
