PNC petitions EC to reverse decision on disqualification

The Chairman of the PNC, Bernard Mornah has described as palpable lies, claims by the PNC Parliamentary Candidate for Bolga East, David Apasera that he is responsible for the disqualification of PNC Presidential Candidate, Dr Edward Mahama.
 
Refuting the allegations Mr Mornah said he and other leaders of the party will not be distracted by the ignorance of David Apasera and whatever led to the disqualification of their flagbearer. 

Meanwhile, the PNC has given a 48 hour ultimatum to the Electoral Commission [EC] to reverse its decision on the disqualification of their candidate Dr Edward Mahama.

Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Mornah said a petition has been sent to the Electoral Commission. 

He said the party is also considering launching its manifesto soon after the court action.
