Comply with tax activities – GRA Customs Division

The Sector Commander at the Tema Collection Point for the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority, Confidence Nyadzi, has underscored the need for stakeholders and other players in the tax regime to act in accordance with the Tax Act that will focus on the Single Window concept, the Common External Tariff, the Customs Act 891 of 2009 and Customs Offences.

According to him, post clearance and non-compliance of custom activities particularly the tax regime are some of the challenges facing the Division.
  
Mr Nyadzi was speaking at a tax education programme for stakeholders at the Tema Port.
 
It was organised by the Tema Collection Point of the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority.
