Police seek justice for girl who was knocked down and killed The family of a two and half year old girl knocked down and killed at the James Town Police Barracks by the Teshie District Police Commander, Superintendent Peter Yembilla is demanding justice in the case. The visibly traumatised mother of the deceased, Solace Akorfa Deku said she wants nothing but the immediate prosecution of the Police Commander. Madam Deku said she feels sad that since the incident happened about 10 months ago, no administrative action has been taken against the police officer, instead he was transferred and promoted. GBC
