Ghana and Russia sign cooperation agreement Ghana and Russia have ended a two-day bilateral meeting in Accra with the signing of agreement for co-operation in several areas. The two have agreed to co-operate in the areas of agriculture, ICT, health, energy and infrastructural development. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Emmanuel Bombande initialed for Ghana and said experts Head of Russian Delegation, Evegeny Kiselev signed for the country. Mr Bombande said experts from both countries on the respective areas of co-operation will immediately be given the necessary capacity building opportunities so they can begin work with urgency. GBC
