VEEP Amissah-Arthur encourages study of other languages Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur has reiterated the need for the study of the French language and other international languages to enable the country to be competitive in the globalised world. In view of this, government will continue to resource the countries universities and other tertiary institutions for the teaching and learning of languages. Vice President Amissah-Arthur said this when he inaugurated an ultra-modern language laboratory for the University of Cape Coast. He said government will support the language laboratory to become a Centre of Language Studies in the sub-region. GBC
