Road safety must be ensured in the country

Traffic rules and regulations are meant to ensure order and discipline on the country's roads most especially, to protect precious lifes.  

Of late commercial vehicles like trotro's and taxi's that ply the streets of Accra operate with reckless disregard to the country's traffic regulations. 
 
These commercial vehicles stop anywhere, drive dangerously on the shoulders of the roads and park anyhow at bus stops.  

The irony of this recklessness is that, it is happening in this era of police visibility.
