Election 2016: Political parties yet to launch manifestos With three months to the December Elections, most political parties are yet to launch their manifestos to win the votes of the people. While the NDC has announced the launch of its manifesto on September 17, the NPP said it is yet to decide on a specific date. The Great Consolidated Popular Party, GCPP, said its manifesto will focus on agriculture and energy and will be launched on September 12. The All Peoples Congress, APC, also said it will out door its manifesto after the feast of Eid-ul Adha.
