NPP is committed to its promises says Nana Addo

NPP says it is committed to fulfilling the promises it is making to Ghanaians if voted into power. 

The party mentioned the policies of one factory for every district, the one village one dam and the restoration of teacher and nurse’s trainee allowances.
 
Flag bearer of the party Nana Akufo-Addo gave the assurance when he addressed supporters and sympathizers of the party at separate rallies in the Upper West Region as part of his campaign tour. 

The second day of Nana Addo’s campaign tour began at Saint Andrews Cathedral where he joined worshipers to give thanks to God. 

He also used the occasion to explain the policies the NPP government will implement should it be given the nod in December general election. 

He told the congregation that Ghana is not poor and that what it needs is good leadership which the NPP is ready to offer. 

Addressing large gatherings at Bulenga, Issa and Tumu Nana Addo said he does not want to become president in order to line his pocket. 

He said rather he wants to lead the nation so that he and his team can implement policies to change the lives of Ghanaians for the better.

The Running Mate to Nana Addo Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia said the NDC government has collapsed all the social intervention programs introduced by the Kufour Administration. 

He mentioned School Feeding, Metro Mass Transit and National Health Insurance Scheme as some of the interventions.  

Former Minister of Trade John Kwodjo Alan Kyerementen said the NDC’s only message is that it has constructed roads, health facilities and schools which the NPP did better when it was in power. 

Other party members who addressed the rallies were Deputy Minority Leader, Dominic Nitiwul, Dr. Kofi Konadu Apraku and the National Women’s Organizer Otiko Jaba.
