Montie FM Saga: Panelists and host jailed four months

The Supreme Court has sentenced the host of Montie fm and two other panelists to four months imprisonment with a fine of ten thousand Ghana cedis each. 

The owners of the station have also been fined 30 thousand Ghana cedis. 

They are also to provide the court with an action plan on how the station will prevent an occurrence of people making indecent comments on all its networks.
