National Chairman of PPP is surprised at the decision by parliament

The National Chairman of the Progressive Peoples Party, Nii Allotey Brew Hammond expressed surprise at the decision by  Parliament . 

He said the date  had earlier been accepted  by all and  expressed surprise at  NPP's rejection of the date
