ECG links weekend ‘dumsor’ to transmission difficulties

Over the weekend some parts of Accra experienced power outage without any prompting. 

The situation has sent some wondering whether the ‘dumsor’ is still not over. 

Radio Ghana finds out from the Accra East PRO of ECG, Eric Asante what really caused the outages. 

He told George Ankrah that some areas experienced distribution problems while others faced transmission difficulties.
