Income tax law does not allow for double use of TCC- Edward Gyamera

The Deputy Commissioner in charge of Policy and Programmes at the Ghana Revenue Authority, Edward Gyamera, says the Income Tax Law does not allow for the double use of the Tax Clearance Certificate, TCC. 

He explained that the TCC is only used for a particular transaction and once that is completed the TCC cannot be transferred, saying the GRA does not provide a general purpose certificate to tax payers. 

Mr.Gyamera said this at the bi-monthly meeting of the Tema Office of the Ghana Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
