Top IS Commanders 'taking refuge' in Libya

A Libyan Intelligence official says some senior commanders of the Islamic State, IS have moved to Libya from Iraq and Syria in recent months.  

Representatives from 23 countries, including the US and UK have met in Rome to discuss the growing threat from Islamic State (IS) in Libya.  

IS took control of Sirte last year, but disagreements between rival administrations in the country have hampered efforts to fight the extremist group.
