GBC, Eva Lokko Case: Court Orders Registrar To Provide Exhibits

Presiding judge of the High court in Accra, Justice Ajet-Nassam, has ordered the Registrar of the court to make available exhibits in the Eva Lokko case against GBC's Divisional chairman, Louis Darko, at the next adjourned date.

The directive follows the announcement by the court clerk that the exhibits could not be found at the docket section of the Registry.

Mr. Darko was expected to open his defense today, but no business was conducted in view of the unavailability of the exhibits.
