Dismissal of Daniel Kenu sparks mixed reaction

The dismissal of Daily Graphic Reporter, Daniel Kenu, by Management for showing disloyalty has been received by the public as a surprise.

While some believe Mr Kenu's dismissal is too harsh, others also say he should have consulted management before opting for alternative dispute resolution. 

A legal practitioner, Ayi Koi Otoo says Daniel Kenu has the right to seek redress in court if he feels he has been unfairly treated by his former bosses.

Mr Kenu must first study the company's bargaining Agreement and take a decision.
