Tema Residents Say Previous Budgets Yielded No Positive Results 


Residents in Tema are expecting the government to bring out a comprehensive budget as the Minister of Finance, Seth Terkper, will read the 2015 estimate budget before Parliament on Wednesday November 19, 2014. 

Speaking to Radio Ghana, they said previous budgets read before the House has not yielded any positive results.
