PURC blames poor management communication for Ghana’s power crisis The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission, PURC, says it has identified lack of effective communication between utility service providers and consumers as a major bane to the management of the country's power crisis. It says management of the load shedding programme must be critically looked at and the loop holes addressed. The Communication Director of the PURC, Nana Yaa Jantuah urged utility service providers to communicate well with their customers, explaining the timetable of the load shedding and the times the lights will go off.
