MODEC Management meets TUC over reinstatement of 27 dismissed workers today

Management of MODEC is expected to meet the leadership of the TUC on Tuesday over the reinstatement of the 27 dismissed MODEC workers.

The decision follows an appeal by the sector Ministry and other stakeholders to MODEC to ensure their reinstatement.

The General Secretary of the Transport Petroleum and Chemical Workers Union of the TUC, Alhaji Fuseini Iddrisu, who disclosed this to Radio Ghana, said the outcome of the meeting will determine whether they should embark on the strike or call it off.
