No single case heard at Financial Administration Courts eight months after establishment

The Financial Administration Courts established by the Chief Justice, Justice Georgina Wood to regulate the financial management of the public sector have not heard a single case eight months after their establishment. 

The courts were established in pursuant to the Financial Administration Act, 2003. 

The Chief Justice who stated this attributed the situation to the lack of knowledge of the existence of the financial courts.
