Debate On School Feeding Indebtedness Ignites The challenges bedeviling the successful implementation of the School Feeding Programme across the Country took center stage on the Floor of Parliament yesterday. Debate on the issue was ignited when the MP for Sunyani East Kwasi Ameyaw-Cheremeh posed an urgent question on when the Ministry for Local Government and Rural Development will be settling the indebtedness of the Ghana School Feeding Programme to caterers nationwide. According to Mr. Ameyaw-Cheremeh government owed caterers over One Hundred Million Ghana Cedis. This he observed is making it difficult for the caterers to provide quality food for the children.
