AFAG Challenged To Go To Court To Back Allegations of Corruption Against Gov't

Presidential Staffer, Dr. Clement Apaak, has advised the Alliance for Accountable Governance, AFAG to go to court if there are merits in the allegations of corruption against government.  

Speaking in reaction to AFAG's demonstration, Dr. Apaak said the demonstration is part of an agenda to make the country ungovernable.  He noted that the numbers which turned out in the demonstration are all sympathisers of the NPP.

Meanwhile, the pressure group, Alliance for Accountable Governance’s (AFAG) with support from a cross section of Ghanaians and a number of MP's have successfully carried out their demonstration dubbed “Aagbe Wo”. 

The demonstration is to protest against what the  Alliance says is the high level of corruption and economic hardship in the country. 

The demonstrators diverted the route agreed upon with the police causing heavy traffic in some parts of the business district.
