Expert faults Government, NLC, Labour Unions for prolonged pension fund impasse

Labour Relations Expert, Ben Arthur is faulting government, the Labour Commission and Labour Unions for the prolonged impasse over the two tier pension scheme.

He said the decision by government to go to court and the Labour Unions also taking counter Court actions are signs of bad faith.

Speaking to Radio Ghana, Mr Arthur called for resourcing of the National Labour Commission to handle such issues, rather than resorting to the Courts.
