MODEC, TUC decide fate of sacked workers Dismissed workers of MODEC and its management and the Western Regional Executives of the TUC are currently meeting to decide the fate of sacked workers of the company. About 71 workers were sacked following their refusal to sign a good behaviour bond. The Deputy General Secretary of the General Transport, Petroleum and Chemical Workers Union, Francis Sallah, told Radio Ghana that the latest development is in sharp contrast with an MOU signed between the union members, MODEC Management and Representatives of the GTPCWU.
