Ambassador calls for policy to engage youth in educational and labour sectors of African Countries The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Ambassador Kwesi Quartey, has called for a policy to engage the youth in the educational and labour sectors of African countries. He said when education is made accessible to the youth and they are employed, they are less likely to be used as instruments for violence. Ambassador Quartey was speaking at the opening of a forum dubbed, "Responsibility to protect course", in Accra to train policy makers, military and civil society organisations on causes and prevention of conflicts.
