Promote made in Ghana products - UCF

The United Cadres front of the NDC, has added its voice to calls to promote made in Ghana products.

The call follows the importation of furniture for rehabilitation works in Parliament House.

The group says it is appalled that parliament imported such items, when the country has the raw materials and expertise to manufacture and deliver on schedule at a minimal cost.

Speaking to Radio Ghana, the General Secretary of the UCF, Felix Efanam Nyarku said the situation does not augur well for the promotion of home grown ideas President Mahama has been championing in recent times.
