Ghana needs Traffic Jam Management - Road Safety Expert

A Road Safety Expert, Felix Tuudoh, says the increasing traffic congestion in the cities can be managed if long vehicles are introduced coupled with the application of technology.

He said the current traffic congestion is the cause of the many traffic lights on the roads.

He said the many traffic lights put in place to manage traffic rather end up worsening the situation.

Mr. Tuudoh stated this in an interview with Radio Ghana.

Mr. Tuudoh also stressed the need to organize high profile international summits such as ECOWAS outside Accra to ease traffic congestion.
