NAGRAT explains low turnout in government schools

The President of National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Christian Addai Poku, says most government schools could not report to work because they were unaware the strike had been called off. 

He therefore asked parents to allow their children to report to school from Thursday. 

He also urged teachers to go to the classroom.
