Ghana To Mark WW1 Centenary

This year marks 100 years since the outbreak of the First World War. An era that represents the valour and sacrifice of our forbearers who fought to maintain peace and stability. It is therefore important that the works of Veterans are remembered. The Armed Forces Children Association is at the forefront of the campaign to wear a poppy in support of Veterans. Ghanaian born, UK resident Marina Kingsley-Nyinah, President of the Association tells Radio Ghana’s correspondent more about the "wear a poppy in pride campaign.”
