Archbishop of Canterbury commends Ghana's high level of religious tolerance The visiting Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby has described Ghana's high level of religious tolerance and collaboration as remarkable. The Head of the Anglican Church worldwide said he will ensure that the Anglican Church in Ghana plays a lead role in replicating the country's religious harmony in other parts of the world. Archbishop Welby stated this at a meeting with the Vice President, Kwesi Amissah-Arthur at Flagstaff House in Accra.
