Joe Winful advocated transparency in the ongoing IMF negotiations

The Chairman of Civil Society Organizations, CSOs', Platform on (IMF) Bailout, Joe Winful has advocated transparency in the ongoing IMF negotiations.

He said a platform has been created to solicit the views of citizens to be taken into account in the IMF agreement.

It will also enable Ghanaians to buy into the agreement and work towards a successful execution of whatever conditionalities it will impose on them.

He was speaking at the launch of the civil society platform on the IMF Bailout in Accra.
