President Mahama Congratulates Re-elected Brazilian President

President John Mahama  has congratulated, President Dilma Rousseff, on what he described as a well fought election. 

President Mahama writes on his facebook wall “We hope to continue our work in strengthening further, the cooperation between Ghana and Brazil.’

President Mahama who has ended his four-day official visit to the United Kingdom, is expected to leave London on Monday, October 27,  for Oslo, Norway, where he will hold investment programs.

Dilma Rousseff has been re-elected president of Brazil, after securing more than 51% of votes in the closest election race in many years.

An official count showed her rival, centrist candidate Aecio Neves, taking just over 48% of the vote.
