Kweku Banfo; “Labour Unions must manage their tier two Pension funds”

A Pension Fund Analyst, Kweku Banfo, has agreed that it is right for Labour Unions to propose their own trustees to manage the tier two Pension funds.

He says the employer should rather welcome proposals from trustees to manage the funds.

Failure to do that defies the liberty the new law brings.

Speaking in an interview with Radio Ghana, Mr. Banfo suggested that government listens to the plea of the unions.
