President Mahama Opens UK-Ghana Trade And Investment Forum In London

President John Mahama has opened a UK-Ghana Trade and Investment Forum in London. 

He encouraged potential investors to take advantage of government's macro financial targets and the average growth rate of 8% to explore all sectors. 

About five hundred foreign investors have so far expressed interest in investing in Ghana at the Forum in London. 

The investors are thrilled by the Ghanaian economy's potential to maintain robust growth coupled with sustained political stability. 

A number of Ghanaian businessmen are also attending the forum to strike new partnerships. 

Meanwhile, President Mahama and his wife, Lordina, have called on Queen Elizabeth at the Buckingham Palace. 

Their meeting was behind closed doors.
