GWCL restores full water supply in Accra

The Communication Director of the Ghana Water Company, Michael Agyemang, says flow of water to some parts of the Accra Metropolis has normalised following the restoration of power to the Weija Treatment Plant.

He said ECG has given the company a dedicated line for regular supply of power to facilitate constant treatment and pumping of water to customers but due to erratic power supply last two weeks water supply to certain communities was affected.
